Unconscious Bias workplace training workshops
An offering designed primarily for decision-makers within business, these workshops can be offered online or in-person, with options ranging from 1 hour to 4 hours. The content of this offering delves into how unconscious bias impacts recruitment, progression, procurement, marketing, diversity and inclusion, the science behind these biases and the techniques and processes which can address bias within your business.
This option can be provided online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or in-person in across Australia (with additional costs for travel if outside Sydney CBD) or Italy (with additional costs if outside Rome CBD).
