Continuing Professional Development for Lawyers

This training offering is designed specifically for lawyers and addresses unconscious bias within the legal industry, with attendees able to then claim continuing professional development (CPD) points as relevant, upon completion of the training, , if applicable within the client law firm’s jurisdiction. This option is typically offered as a 1-hour or 2-hour workshop and can be delivered online or in-person, covering how unconscious bias impacts recruitment, progression, procurement, diversity and inclusion within the legal industry, the science behind these biases and techniques and processes which can address bias within legal contexts.

This option can be provided online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or in-person in across Australia (with additional costs for travel if outside Sydney CBD) or Italy (with additional costs if outside Rome CBD).
